Become a Volunteer at the Dutch Innovation Days!

We are actively recruiting volunteers for various roles to help make the Dutch Innovation Days a success.
As a volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside other like-minded individuals and play a key role in shaping this exciting event.

Here are the different teams with their according responsibilities:

Exhibition Team

As part of the exhibition team, you'll be responsible for building, hospitality, and guiding visitors through the exhibition. You'll work with innovative companies and startups to showcase their latest products and services, and help visitors explore the future of technology.

Wunder kammers Team

The Wunderkammers are interactive installations that aim to inspire and create a unique experience for visitors. As part of this team, you'll help build and maintain these installations, and ensure that visitors have a memorable experience.

Stages Team

The stages team is responsible for ensuring that speakers have a seamless experience during the event. You'll work with speakers to ensure that their technical needs are met, and help them navigate the event. You'll also be responsible for managing one of the three stages and ensuring that the event runs smoothly.

Ticketing Team

The ticketing team is responsible for ensuring that visitors can easily access the event. You'll help with registration and other aspects of hospitality to ensure that the event runs smoothly.

The Backup Team

The Backup team will be the most versatile one. Ready to jump in wherever help is needed, you are prepared to solve problems wherever they arise and support the other teams whenever necessary.

Become a Volunteer

Apply as a volunteer to one or several of the teams and help us shape Dutch Innovation Days!

Become a Team Leader

As a team leader, you will be trained in a series of workshops to eventually coordinate on of the teams during the Dutch Innovation Days. You will get to know your responsibilities and get trained in volunteering management and leadership in order to prepare you to coordinate your very own team of 10-15 volunteers.

The training will start early April, and we will fill the positions as soon as we find suitable candidates, so don’t wait to long and apply using the link below!

Become a Student Host

Are you ready to be on Stage alongside some of the most inspiring innovators of our time? This year, we decided to give six students the chance to become a student host at Dutch Innovation Days.

What does that mean you ask?

You know these awkward moments of silence between different program points that happen all the time at conferences and events? Well your job is to make sure that doesn’t happen. Together with another student you will guide the audience through the day by connecting the different program items with short introductions, stories, audience interactions, and whatever else you come up with that helps bridging between stories and keeping the audience engaged. As a duo of student hosts, you will get one of the three stages and it is up to you to show your natural talent to engage an audience and create a connection throughout the whole day.

Of course we will help you beforehand with public speaking workshops, and close collaboration between our team and you to make sure you are familiar with the program and have lots of ideas how to create a great experience for both you, and the audience.

Do you feel ready?
